Founding designer in start-up, wearing several different hats. I lead design on our iOS, Android, and web platforms and laid the foundation for scaling design through the creation and maintenance of a design system and component library.

For two years, I worked on major redesign of B2B SaaS products. My responsibility was also to create component and pattern libraries for designers in Figma (Sketch) and for developers in Storybook (written in React), implement CSS methodologies (ITCSS, SMACSS, BEM), and write design system documentation in ZeroHeight and Confluence.

Responsible for designing (Adobe Fireworks, Adobe XD) and coding Web-based apps and services with HTML (Twig, Nunjucks, Handlebars), CSS (Sass, LESS, PostCSS) and JavaScript (jQuery) and technologies like Gulp.js or Grunt. Notable projects included Czech Technical University, Parliament of the Czech Republic and data supplier app for IPSOS s.r.o.

Worked for several digital agencies and developed user interfaces for dynamic content driven websites and applications. I was converting designs (Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop) into fully optimized standards compliant code (semantic HTML, author CSS code and presentational JavaScript) ready for integration with PHP.

Neuron Automation build engineering software for creating controller applications for industrial automation. I was responsible for programming and POU-oriented unit test routines in C++.

As part of a College of Polytechnics university team, we designed a web application with an overview of cultural events in the vicinity of Jihlava. In a team of 5 people, I was in charge of application design and subsequent implementation into the browser. The project was supported by the O2 foundation.

Penpot is the first Open Source design and prototyping platform meant for cross-domain teams. I help with implementing new interface into the app and documentation page.
